The Management of the Kwara State Polytechnic, has called on alumni of the institution to always remember to give back to their alma mater. The Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr Abdul Jimoh Muhammed, made the call while inaugurating a lecture room renovated by 1996 set of the Accountancy Department of the institution. Dr. Jimoh, who said he was overwhelmed by the bold step taken by the set, enjoined other alumni to collaborate with the Management of the institution in providing more meaningful projects for the institution. Earlier, President of the 1996 set, Mr Tunde Olagunju, charged the students to take their studies seriously and strive to complement the gesture when their time comes. Mr Olagunju, while explaining that his set was willing to do more for the institution, encouraged other departmental alumni to do same for their various departments.
