Kwarapoly condoles FEDPOFFA over loss of Registrar

The Management of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin today paid a condolence visit to her counterpart institution in the state, the Federal Polytechnic, Offa over the loss of her Registrar.


Addressing the Management of the host institution, the Rector, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin Engr. Dr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed described the late Adetunji Oni as a seasoned and deligent administrator that delivered good workplace ethics and contributed to the overall development of his institution adding that he will be greatly missed in the academia.

He therefore prayed God to grant his family and the entire Polytechnic Community the fortitude to bear the loss.

A special prayer was also rendered for the protection, peace and tranquility of the Polytechnic by the visiting Deputy Rector Administration, Dr. Isaac Adedoyin while the Registrar, Prince Kolawole 'Sheye Akande delivered a condolence letter to the Management of the Institution.

Responding on behalf of the host institution, the Acting Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Dr. Olarongbe Afolabi appreciated the Management and Staff of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin for the condolence visit and prayed that the love between the sisters institution would wax stronger.

It would be recalled that Mr. Adetunji Oni, a native of Osi in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State was appointed the 4th substantive Registrar of the Institution on 2nd January 2022 and died on 18th of August, 2022 after a protracted illness.
