Mr. Oludadi Balarabe Teniola: A Silver Lining.

Even in the darkest of clouds, there is always a silver lining. Even when the sky is darkening, there is always a patch of whiteness. Undoubtedly, Mr. Olufadi Balarabe Teniola is one of the silver linings and rays of hope in this country's education system.

Though young, Mr. Olufadi has rocked the boat of our education with his scholarship, brilliance and accomplishments. He is an indigene of Kwara State, and lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin. He is an alumnus of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, The Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State University, Malete and Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin with a qualification in Mass Communication. He is brilliant, active, and dedicated and testament to his undying hunger for success are the numerous awards he has won.

Mr. Olufadi won the BSG (Kwara Poly Chapter)  award as the outstanding mentor in 2021. He won the NAMCOED 2021 award as the SDG Advocator, TIMSAN (Kwara Poly Chapter) award of excellence in 2020, among others.

Mr. Olufadi does not however, neglect his social responsibilities as he is also a member of Non-Governmental Organizations such as Stand to Help Foundation, PLACY CLUB, W.E.A.H Foundation, HICA, among others. He is a certified community development expert, a public speaker, SDG advocate, journalist and  a teacher. Not only is he a beacon of excellence, he also doubles as a role model to many of his students.

It is often said that the man-ness of a man is measured by his accomplishments and his impacts on other people's lives. As a 31 year old academic luminary, it is not gainsaying that Mr. Olufadi, is a silver lining, a ray of hope, and a light, not at the end, but at the beginning, middle and the end of the academic tunnel.
