Mentorship: A Boulevard To A Desirable Destination.

Many times, we're dearth of ideas, knowledge and motivation to move an inch from our comfort zones. Choose a mentor, someone that has remarkably achieved in the field of your career. Once you have a mentor, during your engagements with him/her, there would be insights, foresights, visions and eye-opening discussions.

Do you think that business tycoons like Femi Otedola, Adenuga, Dangote, Alhaja Muinat Sagaya, Folorunsho Alakija etc never had unfavourable historical background or rough adventures? Don't get it wrong! Commitment, inspiration, contentment, motivation, courageous and vision make them strong and outstanding till date.

Some started as drivers, load carriers in markets etcetera, while some as assistant officers, messengers, invaluable marketers and so on, but of course with undistracted vision and lofty dreams. Their weaknesses failed to weaken them, instead they displayed and allowed their determination, creativities and innovations to keep then going.

A mentor will always be a motivator through his/her didactic words, interesting factual and fictional stories, experiences, exposures and other meaningful engagements, that even sometimes, the eyes wouldn't feel reluctant to release teardrops when there are sundry discussions about their struggles, failures, hopelessness and helplessness; yet they got to the peak and the world is celebrating them today.

It's not an easy task and it would never be. That's part of the reasons you would need someone to inspire, guide, guard, support your dreams and smoothen your ways to actualising them. Your plans could be solely achievable because every soul steps in the surface of earth with a purpose.

You need not to be depressed or see yourself as an inferior or serial failure. Those that eventually succeeded and excelled in their pursuits had experienced more brutal and deadly challenges than you have. Remember! No Struggle, No Success.

Make it a task. Sniff around for a perfect and most befitting achiever as a Mentor in academics, politics, economic management, socio-religious configurations etcetera. The champion of today, was once a loser and laughing stock in the last. Discover yourself today and the world would have no other option but to celebrate you now and forever.
