By: Olufadi Balarabe Ayuba Many times, we're dearth of ideas, knowledge and motivation to move an inch from our comfort zones. Choose a mentor, someone that has remarkably achieved in the field of your career. Once you have a mentor, during your engagements with him/her, there would be insights, foresights, visions and eye-opening discussions.  Do you think that business tycoons like Femi Otedola, Adenuga, Dangote, Alhaja Muinat Sagaya, Folorunsho Alakija etc never had unfavourable historical background or rough adventures? Don't get it wrong!
